As Nanyang Glitters is round the corner and our practices
are into the final stages, it will be great if the children can

H1N1 SCHOOL UPDATE

Submission of Travel Declaration Form
All parents with children studying in Nanyang Primary School are to take note:

Please take a look at the Communication Note below.

Please download and complete the travel declaration form below. After which, please email the form to your child’s form teacher by 10pm Wednesday, 24 June. The email addresses are in the second document for your reference.

You are required to submit one form for each of your children studying in the school.

Returning declaration form through email to form teachers is meant for data collection. Pupils are STILL required to bring the signed travel declaration form and their thermometers to school on Monday, 29th June, as the forms will be checked and collected by form teachers.

A NIL REPLY IS REQUIRED.

Urgent: Travel Declaration Form

Dear Parents,

In view of the H1N1 situation, please check our school website

The school requires all parents to complete a travel declaration
form and email it to their child's form teacher by tomorrow 10pm,
24 June, Wednesday. You can retrieve the form at the above school

How are your Holidays so far? =)

Dear Children,

Trust that you all are having wonderful holidays right now!

Full of wonders and fun, just like Peter Pan's Tinkerbell! =)

Now, for our own 2B Rock & Roll, we have 3 more sessions

to go! A few points to note:

1) the next 3 sessions are on 18th, 22nd and 25th June

2) time: 10am to 12noon

3) 18th - Dance Room,

22nd & 25th - outside Music Room 1

4) due to the recent soar in H1N1 cases, all hols sch activities

will have to be conducted after taking temperatures for all

teachers and students. So do remember to bring your thermometer

when you come for all the above 3 practice sessions.

5) for those of you who have yet to have your costumes approved,

do bring them along too. for the gals, you can also have your

ear-rings and scarfs and such! ;p
